terms flexible? We can adjust our payment terms to your convenience. How many photographers are going to be at my wedding? It will depend on the package. How long beforehand should I reserve my wedding date? You can reserve anytime but not less than a month. (1-2 years earlier would be fine)
Do you cover small events such as Baby shower, Gender Reveal, Anniversary, Bridal shower, Wedding Proposal, Reunions, Seminars, Conferences, Trade Shows, Workshops? We cover these types of events and the likes. How long does it take to receive my wedding photographs? You may bring your personal hard drive/USB to copy the raw photos and raw videos. You'll receive the goodies 1-2 months after the event. Do you have aerial or drone shots? No, we don't have. What is your photography and cinematography style? Light and Airy, Cozy, Vintage, Bright, Simple, Modern and Fun. Dark and moody depending on the lighting. We can also do indoor and outdoor shoot. We incorporate our filming style based on the story and scenarios given on the event day. Do you cover Funeral, Burials and Interment? We also cover Funeral, Burials and Interment. Just let us know so we can send you our special rates and packages.
Payment Terms:
2,000 – Reservation fee (will be deducted from the total amount)
20 % – Prenuptial Photo shoot (if no prenup, full payment on event day)
80 % – Event day (Wedding day)

● Raw Photos will be given after the event (same day) for you to use on social networking sites. Client shall provide Hard Drive on the day of the event to copy the raw files.
● The Client shall be in charge for the reservation and fees for the chosen location of Photo-shoot.
● NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEES: A reservation deposit of PHP 2000.00 is due upon the signing of this Agreement. Once the Agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, PapsikelTV shall reserve the time and date agreed upon for the Event and will not make other reservations that will conflict with the Event. For this reason, no more reservation will be accepted on the date of agreement.
● FOR POST EDITING. Proof photographs shall be delivered to the Client on USB (raw photos). The client shall select from raw photos with a written list of the proof images, specifying the number and format(s), from which final photographs are to be prepared.
● FOR RAW VIDEOS. The client shall be given 30 working days after the event to copy their raw videos in their personal hard drive storage. Raw videos will be deleted from our database after 60 day; hence, revisions of edited video will no longer be entertained.
● The edited video, photos, album & blow up picture shall be given 60 working days after the event. To be delivered, meet-up, or Pick–up.
● The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s direction; providing a person to guide the Photographer to desired persons and/or scenes; pre-shoot consultations, etc. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
● The Client shall reimburse PapsikelTV any additional costs the Photographer/Videographer may incur for travel, meals, parking, and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.
● PapsikelTV take utmost care of photographs & video files by using professional grade equipment storage. However, in the unlikely event the files had been lost, stolen or destroys beyond our control, our liability is limited to return all payment received for the event package. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated herein.
● PapsikelTV retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays.
