Oriental– pertains to the
East, where the sun rises to break the darkness and start a day. Geographically, it refers to the countries in Asia, more particularly China, where cuisine is delicately picked and prepared. Entrée—a French term, but is now an accepted Webster word, is the main course in every dinner. In some instances, the entrée can be the starter for a banquet. Comes now, Oriental Entrée, where the delicate taste of the public is filled, at their hearts’ content, with the blend of China’s tongue for flavours and France’s flair in food preparation.
