IMPORTANT NOTE:
We reserve the right to cancel any trip under these circumstances:
1.) If it did not reach the Minimum number of Persons that is needed to proceed with the Tour (20 pax big boat and 12 smaller boat..
2.) Any force of nature and the authorities.
However, you can always rebook your Tour if this happens. Thank You!
Booking Procedures:
- Pay 50% of package rate as down payment /head for slot reservation, deductible from the total package rate. Not refundable.
- 50% of the remaining balance should be paid 7 days before the event
- Strictly no refund if participant decides to not attend the event after paying the initial DP.
- If the participants decided to not to attend 1 week before the event, he or she need to pay the 80% of the total amount of package.
- 50% Down Payment is transferable only as down payment for the replacement of cancelled participants.
