With a diverse and extensive career, she brings a wealth of experience and qualifications. From her early days as a Radio Disc Jockey (FM/AM) in Surigao from 1994 to 1999, she developed strong communication skills and a natural presence on air, honing her ability to engage and entertain audiences. A graduate of Mass Communication major in Tri-Media from St. Theresa's College, her academic background provided a solid foundation in media, communication strategies, and public speaking.
For nearly two decades, she has been an expert in conducting product knowledge seminars and sales training within the real estate industry, particularly in Cebu, from 2003 to 2021. Her in-depth understanding of real estate has been further solidified by her role as a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2006, providing high-quality consultation, negotiation, and sales services to clients.
In addition to her professional real estate career, she has a rich history of hosting a variety of events, showcasing her ability to manage large-scale and high-profile gatherings. She hosted over 100 birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, and significant community milestones, including a high school alumni event attended by nearly 2000 people and the prestigious Most Outstanding Nicolanian Awarding Night. Furthermore, she served as the host for the Homefree Global Crusade, a major event attracting 3,000 attendees, demonstrating her ability to command large crowds and deliver impactful experiences.
Currently serving as a Senior Manager for an international real estate company, she continues to demonstrate leadership, strategic management, and industry expertise. Her diverse skill set, spanning communication, event management, and real estate expertise, positions her as a highly capable and versatile professional.
