Spinach Tuna Tomato Pasta

1 cup olive oil
1 bulb minced garlic
1 bulb minced white onions
1/2 or 1kg chopped red tomatoes
1 can crushed tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1/2kg frozen spinach balls (chopped)
1 can tuna chunks in brine

500g penne pasta
500g parmesan cheese

Boil your desired pasta until cooked and set aside. In a pan Saute all remaining ingredients and let it simmer for a few minutes. When done add pasta and generous amount of cheese. Serves 5-7pax
