Choosing the right vendors makes or breaks your event. Here are 5 essential tips:

1. Book in This Order 📋
The smart sequence:
1️⃣ Venue (determines date!)
2️⃣ Coordinator (we help with everything else!)
3️⃣ Photographer/Videographer (books up fast!)
4️⃣ Caterer (availability crucial)
5️⃣ Everything else (florist, HMUA, etc.)

Venue sets the foundation. The coordinator saves you stress!

2. Check Availability BEFORE Falling in Love 💔
Don't spend hours stalking their IG only to find out they're booked!

First message should be:
"Hi! Are you available [DATE]? What's your starting rate?"

Saves everyone time!

3. Meet Them in Person (or Video Call) 📹
Never book based solely on portfolio!

You need to vibe with vendors because:
• You'll work with them for months
• They need to understand your vision
• Personality matters (especially HMUA, coordinator, photographer!)

Wednesday Truth Bomb! 💣

THE DISASTERS YOU NEVER SAW
(Because we handled them behind the scenes!)

Let's talk about last Saturday's "perfect" wedding...

From the guests' perspective? Flawless. Seamless. Picture-perfect.

From OUR perspective? We prevented 7 potential disasters before anyone even noticed! 🚨

CRISIS #1: The Missing Cake 🎂

What happened: Cake was supposed to arrive at 3 PM. At 3:30 PM? No cake. No call. PANIC.

Our solution:
• Called bakery (they forgot!)
• They rushed it over
• Arrived at 4:15 PM
• We positioned it behind decor so no one saw the late arrival
• Delayed cake cutting by 15 minutes (adjusted timeline)
• Guests had NO idea!

CRISIS #2: The Wardrobe Malfunction 👗

What happened: Bride's bustle broke during cocktail hour. Dress dragging on ground!

Our solution:
• Emergency sewing kit (we ALWAYS bring one!)
• Fixed it in the bridal suite
• 10 minutes, good as new
• Bride never missed a moment

This is why we carry: safety pins, needle & thread, fashion tape, stain remover, and basically an entire emergency kit!

CRISIS #3: The DJ Drama 🎵

What happened: DJ accidentally played the groom's EX-GIRLFRIEND's favorite song during dinner. (How? We don't know!)

Our solution:
• Caught it within 10 seconds
• Rushed to DJ booth
• Song changed immediately
• Played it off as "technical difficulty"
• Crisis averted!

Most guests didn't even notice the switch!

CRISIS #4: The Family Feud 😬

What happened: Groom's aunt and bride's uncle had a history. They were seated at the same table. Aunt arrived, saw uncle, REFUSED to sit.

Our solution:
• Quickly grabbed extra chair from storage
• Moved aunt to different table
• Smoothly integrated her into new group
• Both parties thought it was the original plan
• No drama!

This is why we ALWAYS ask about family dynamics during planning!

CRISIS #5: The Food Shortage 🍽️

What happened: More guests showed up than RSVPed (surprise plus-ones!). Caterer running short on entrées.

Our solution:
• Immediately coordinated with caterer
• They stretched portions slightly
• We served certain tables first to buy time
• Kitchen prepared backup dishes
• Everyone ate, no one knew there was an issue

CRISIS #6: The Weather Scare 🌧️

What happened: Dark clouds rolled in 30 minutes before ceremony. Outdoor setup!

Our solution:
• Backup plan already in place (we ALWAYS have one!)

• But we were READY to pivot in 10 minutes if needed

What happened: Photographer stuck in traffic. Ceremony in 20 minutes!

Our solution:
• Adjusted timeline on the fly
• Had secondary photographer (videographer) ready
• Delayed processional by 10 minutes (guests didn't know!)
• Photographer arrived with 5 minutes to spare
• Got ALL the shots they needed

THE POINT:

That "perfect, seamless" wedding? It took CONSTANT problem-solving, quick thinking, backup plans, and a team that knows how to handle ANYTHING!

This is what you pay a coordinator for!

Your wedding day timeline is THE most important document. Here are 5 tips for a stress-free schedule:

1. Work Backwards from Ceremony 🔄
Start with ceremony time, then calculate:
• Cocktail hour: +1 hour
• Reception start: +1.5 hours
• Dinner: +1.5-2 hours
• Program/dancing: +2-3 hours

Then work backwards for getting ready time!

2. Add Buffer Time EVERYWHERE ⏱️
Never schedule back-to-back! Add buffers:
• Between getting ready locations: +30 min
• Before ceremony: +15 min
• Between ceremony & reception: +20 min
• For speeches/program: +15 min

Traffic, delays, emotions = need buffer time!

3. The Golden Hour for Photos 📸
Schedule ceremony 1 hour before sunset for STUNNING natural light!

In Philippines:
• December-February: 5:00 PM ceremony
