🎉 *Pro Tip:* When you’re scouting decoration quotes, the magic words to drop are *“date, venue, theme (send pegs if you have) and # of pax”* – those four unlock the real cost.

🏠 *Venue matters* – A tiny rooftop in Bacolod, a sprawling garden in DSB. Bigger space = bigger crew, more lights, more materials.

📏 *Scope of work* – Are you after a full‑blown installation (floor‑to‑ceiling drapes, custom backdrops, lighting rigs) or just a few table‑top accents? The more hands‑on, the heftier the rate.

🕌 *Ceiling height* – Those soaring vaults look stunning with hanging florals but demand extra scaffolding and longer cables.

💡 *Quick checklist to send to decorators:*
- *Event date* (for weddings, flower rates differ on the date chosen)
- *Venue address* (incl. square footage)
- *Theme* (color palette, vibe)
- *Number of guests*
- *Ceiling height*
- *Scope* (full design, partial setup, DIY elements)
