We successfully organized and facilitated the Wine Pairing Seminar held on November 5, 2025. 🍷✨ Our team handled the planning, coordination, and ex*****on of the event. We prepared, portioned, and plated the dishes served during the tasting, ensuring that each course complemented the wines presented. In collaboration with FilAmesa Catering, we maintained a smooth and organized flow of service throughout the seminar. 🍽️

This activity allowed us to apply professional standards in event management, kitchen operations, and service coordination. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

What an incredible experience! Our team, Plate & Palette, successfully catered a special event and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve accomplished together. From planning to plating, everything was done with passion, effort, and teamwork. 🍽️💛

Of course, it wasn’t perfect, there were a few mistakes and challenges along the way. But we believe every experience is a lesson, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow. These moments only make us better and more determined to improve. 🌱

Our Hawaiian-themed mock catering was a vibrant success, made possible by the dedication and teamwork of everyone involved. Together with FilAmesa Catering, we brought tropical vibes to life, from the colorful setup to the refreshing dishes and warm service. This event truly showed how teamwork and passion can turn ideas into a beautiful island celebration. 🍍✨

Our first onsite catering was a success at the USA Work and Travel Caravan 2025! 🎉 Guests enjoyed our freshly served burgers, fries, and pasta. 🍔🍟🍝 We look forward to bringing the same flavors and service to future events—bookings are now open! 💚
