Forge your armor, suit-up your best and rise to glory at The Fan Collective Expo at Venice Grand Canal at the Activity Area Level 2 of McKinley Hill Grand Canal Mall this Sunday, October 12, 2025 and mark yourself as one of the best!

Registration starts 10:00 AM to 4:00PM. Contest Proper is 5:00PM

Minimum of 6 Armored Contestants and 10 Tailored Contestants to proceed. Cosplay can enter twice as long as 1 is Tailored and another is Armored. No realistic & metal props. No Pellet, Airsoft, replica gun allowed. No lewd and revealing cosplay, remember that McKinley Hill is a family friendly mall that caters to all ages.

Remember that Cosplay is NOT consent and we ask that all attendees to please conduct themselves in a respectful manner to cosplayers. Our staff and judges have the right to remove anyone from the contest and/or event if they can not follow these guidelines.

This documentary is amazing, it shows how hard working they are. I used to work in these ingress & egress phase of events a few years ago, so I know how hard it is, the fatigue, lack of sleep...sometimes we only have 3 hours of sleep per day from an 2300 hours call-time till the last day of ingress. But what's keeping us thriving in all these days are because of the goal we are aiming for, and of couse... the fun & food too. 🤘🏼
