Let me share a brief story. My sister had Luhilo, a deep hydration and skin booster treatment, at Noble Aesthetics two days ago. As a satisfied client, she wanted to thank the dermatologist, so she ordered baked cheesy fusilli and beef lasagna roll-ups and asked me to deliver them to her clinic. The doctor appreciated the gesture and sent her feedback to my sister, who immediately forwarded it to me.
It's a wonderful feeling to know that our food brings joy and satisfaction to others! There’s this feeling of being “validated” whenever we receive positive feedback because it confirms that our products are meeting or even exceeding our customers' expectations. 🫶🏻
