If you are thinking of shredding weight before your wedding, here is a YouTube link to a great cardio exercise.
NOTE:
If you have a sedentary lifestyle I.e don't do any physical exercise, you will need to start this several months in advance with a rest in between each exercise. Go slow.
If you are quite active, you may wish to follow through with no rests in between each exercise.
ALSO, note, dietary changes is essential to make this cardio work. If you are win to loose weight, cut out fatty foods I.e. cut out sugar(or slowly reduce sugar intake), cut out chicken thighs for chicken breasts with no skin and fish, more veggies, more fruit, no coconut cream and less white rice (1 cup) per serving if necessary, lots of water and plenty of sleep. 🙂
If you remain true to these dietary changes and start these cardio exercises you should start to see changes in a couple of weeks with your energy levels and weight.
