Behind all the beautiful weddings, big ideas and slightly crazy projects, there’s just Reid and me figuring it all out as we go.

Our third annual Open Day was our biggest yet, and seeing Tarureka filled with so many wonderful people was something pretty special.

We pour so much of ourselves into Tarureka, and while there’s always another idea, another project and another thing on the list, days like Sunday remind us why we do it all.

A special thank you to baby number three for sticking to the schedule and not making an early appearance. Your timing was very much appreciated 😊

Introducing the Tarureka Bridal Parlour 🎀

A little something we’ve been keeping under wraps, and we’re so excited to finally open the doors.

A luxurious new space dedicated entirely to the wedding morning.

Think beautiful interiors, ch*****ne on ice, a little indulgence and the luxury of taking your time. A space to be pampered, surrounded by your favourite people, before one of the most unforgettable moments of your life.

Because we believe the morning deserves to be every bit as beautiful as the wedding itself.

We unveiled the Bridal Parlour at our Open Day on Sunday, and it’s safe to say she was a hit.

And a special mention to our main man, Reid. Every corner of this beautiful room has been brought to life by his own two hands 🤍

The Tarureka Bridal Parlour is now available as an exclusive addition to your wedding experience.

And what a blood good village we’ve got.

One thing we’ve always believed is that the people behind your wedding are just as important as the place you choose to celebrate it.

Sunday, you were something else!

Our biggest Open Day to date 💫

An estate full of people, incredible food, good w**e, live music, beautiful details and some of our absolute favourite creatives doing what they do best.

A huge thank you to everyone who came through our gates, explored the estate and spent their Sunday with us. We loved meeting so many new faces and welcoming back our lovely Tarureka couples.

And to our vendors- you really are something special. We’re so lucky to work alongside such an incredibly talented bunch of people, the day wouldn’t have been what it was without you.

And an extra special thank you to Yvonne Liew Photography who was behind the lens capturing it all so beautifully.
