Hey cake friends.

As you've probably seen, this past year has been all about my wee baby Flo. This new role is creative enough for me, so I've decided to sell my original baby- Peppermint Kitchen.

It's a great little business with heaps of potential. It won't cost you a fortune, and there' s a functioning website and database already, so it's ready to keep going with someone with ½ a cup of energy.

Today I have been thinking about big, beautiful, fully-loaded chocolate brownie slabs for Christmas parties. SUPER rich and gooey dark chocolate brownie loaded with *all* the things- like hokey pokey, maltesars, fudge, caramel. Or honey white chocolate blondie loaded with berries, caramac white chocolate, sesame shards. Is it just me- or would this be the BEST idea???

CAKE SATURDAY- 9TH OCTOBER- looks like this:

- A box of 6x gf df cupcakes:
3x gf df banana chocolate hazelnut
3x gf df lemon raspberry poppyseed

- $35 per box. Pickup available or $5 delivery to Wanaka or Albert Town.

**New Product Alert!**

And it's fun, guys. Like funfetti fun. It's funfetti cake, and it's a new flavour on my birthdays menu.

It was going to be just for the kids, but then the adults got involved and put me straight.

I'm feeling anxious.

About the idea of opening my books back up for weddings in the future.

Birthdays and events are totally do-able, but weddings are a whole other level of time, dedication, detail and stress. And pressure- so much pressure.

So my question is for wedding industry mamas- how do you do it? Any advice?
