Friday Practice Day, from 8.30am
Saturday Competition Day, from 9am

Cafe: Open from 7.30am
Bar: Open from 12pm
Takapoto Estate Wine Tastings: 12 - 4pm (Saturday only)* 🍷
Trade Village: Open from 9am (Saturday)

*For all our wine tasters, please note Wine Tastings at the Cabana will move to the Trade Village for this showjumping event - join us for a wine tasting and enjoy some showjumping while you're here!

The Takapoto Equestrian Team are hiring: Full-Time Groom 🐴

Join Team Takapoto in the Waikato! Seeking experienced and dedicated Groom to care for team of Takapoto Estate sport horses, youngstock and broodmares. This role includes travel to shows throughout the North Island. A valid Heavy Vehicle Licence (minimum Class 2) is required.

Yes – you will be required to travel to shows and events throughout the North Island as part of the team. A valid Heavy Vehicle Licence (minimum Class 2) is essential, as you will be responsible for driving the horse truck.

Rain.... it’s all part of the game. Winter riding isn’t for the faint-hearted, and neither is this sport. It takes a special kind of grit to train, compete, and stay smiling through the elements.
