🧡 Te Hiihiri Grazing–Terms & Conditions (Updated July 2025) 🧡
📌 This applies to all bookings and enquiries, new and existing.
💬 If you need my updated business bank details, please message me directly.
Some points may repeat, this is intentional to make sure nothing is missed.
Please read everything carefully before booking.
1️⃣ BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS 💰
Grazing Boxes:
• Must be booked at least 3 days in advance
• Full payment is required at time of booking
• If booking more than 5 days ahead, a 50% deposit is allowed — the remaining 50% is due 3 days before delivery or pickup
Bulk orders (5+ boxes) follow the same rules as grazing tables.
📌 Example: Booking a $100 box 7 days before, pay $50 deposit now, and $50 balance 3 days before your date.
Grazing Tables:
• Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due no later than 1 week before your event
📌 Example:
Week 1 – Pay deposit
Week 2 – Pay balance
Week 3 – Event happens
⚠️ These timeframes help me manage prep, payments, and supplier orders fairly for everyone.
🍇 All grazes are made with fresh, quality ingredients (especially cheese). Orders are confirmed and supplies are pre-booked early.
‼️ I’m a sole trader, doing everything myself. Shopping, content, admin, packing, delivery, and customer service.
I’m also a mother of 3, a student, and I work other jobs.
Please respect my time by booking early and paying on time.
2️⃣ CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS ❌
Grazing Boxes:
• Cancel more than 3 days before = 50% refund
• Cancel within 3 days or less = no refund
• Deposits are non-refundable
Grazing Tables & Bulk Orders:
• Cancel within the week of your booking = no refund
• This includes deposits and any amounts paid
• All supplies are pre-paid and scheduled through Gilmours or BidFood
📌 Example:
Cancel 5 x $100 boxes the week of your booking? No refund — ingredients are ordered fresh for your date and can’t be returned.
✨ I keep pricing affordable by not charging for my time. Please don’t take advantage of that.
3️⃣ MISSED DELIVERIES & SAFETY 🚗
• If no one is there and I haven’t heard from you, your order is forfeited — no refund
• Someone must be at the agreed location on time
• If dogs are present and not secured, I will not leave my car. You’ll need to collect your order from the vehicle
• If no one collects within 5 minutes, it’s counted as a missed delivery — no refund
4️⃣ DIETARY REQUIREMENTS 🌿
• Let me know about allergies or dietary needs when booking
• I do my best to accommodate, but I can’t guarantee everything is 100% allergen-free (due to supplier handling)
• Special requests (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, etc.) may cost more — you’ll be told before confirming
5️⃣ FOOD SAFETY & PRESENTATION 🧊
• Boxes and tables are prepared fresh with seasonal produce
• Substitutions may happen depending on supply
• Boxes should be eaten within 3 hours if not refrigerated
• Once delivered or set up, food safety is your responsibility
