Kia Ora and welcome to Harikoa Hire!
We’re a new small pākihi (business) based in Rotorua.
We provide fun, elegant and affordable props and décor to make your celebrations unforgettable. From wooden rounds and neon signs - to marquee lights and giant lawn games, we offer those finishing touches you need to create a unique and joyful atmosphere.
• Pickup/Drop-Off:
Our operations are currently pickup and drop-off only, however, most items fit into vehicles with fold-down back seats. Larger oversized items have been either discounted and/or given a longer hire period of 3 days to account for truck or trailer hire if needed. Please still enquire if you need delivery services.
• Hire Periods:
Our standard hire period is one day (e.g. 10am Saturday to 10am Sunday). If you need items for longer, just ask about our discounted rates for extended hire.
• Simple Booking Process:
➡️ Private message me with the dates you want and what item/s you wish to hire, event venue, along with your contact information - full name, address, email and best contact number, plus any questions you have
➡️ Once l have this info I’ll send you an invoice via email with instructions for payment, details for pick up/drop off, and a copy of the hire agreement with the terms and conditions, and/or answer any questions
• A 50% deposit secures your booking
• A 30% bond is added to the total invoice and is refundable after the hire period as per terms and conditions of the hire agreement which will be provided on inquiry
• Full payment is required 30 days before your hire date

📑We provide terms and conditions to all hiree’s directly, however if you’d like a copy beforehand just let us know
