Ōrātia Settlers Hall and Small Hall The Ōrātia halls are maintained and protected by the Ōrātia Residents and Ratepayers Assoc and are owned by Auckland Council.

Both halls are available for hire - a great option for weddings, birthday parties, and other family and community events.
