Thanks for tuning in once more to the WINE & VIBES information series, here we'll cover off some of the main questions that are flowing in for WINE & VIBES VOL. IV - Saturday 7th December at Batch Winery ๐ท
โWhat ferry do I get on / what about getting to Batch?
We highly recommend you get up to BATCH WINERY by 3pm, it takes about 20 minutes from the ferry terminal. If you bought a shuttle ticket, keep an eye out for the W&V signage when you disembark the ferry. If you bought a 1pm shuttle ticket for example, you will have access to the bus there to meet the 1pm boat. It's usually pretty busy getting on the ferry so be early for that too. If you haven't got a shuttle ticket then there's lots of taxi services on the island, but be aware the AT bus services don't come to Batch. However the hop on / hop off explorer bus will - It just takes a tiki tour first ๐
โ What's the set times / what's the music policy?

โ What do I wear / what do i bring?
We love people who dress to add that festy vibe to the event, so feel free to let your imagination run wild! Otherwise smart casual. It's looking to be quite sunny, so bring sunblock (we will have free sunblock available if you forget). We have a free coat check available, so bring a jacket for later on. You can bring a little picnic blanket to enhance your chill on the hill. Please don't bring the full on deck chair setup ๐
โ Can i bring drinks or my own food?
No, we can't let anyone in with these in line with requirements we have to meet for holding the event. So to avoid disappointment have a good feed before coming, or check out our high quality restaurant or the food trucks on the lawn. We will have food from South American Oven, Indy's and Dreamy Treats. We have award winning wine, a full bar, non alcoholic options and the quintessential kiwi summer bev - PALS who cater for both alcohol 5.8% and 0% ๐ค
โ How does leaving the gig work?
If you're a shuttle ticket holder, the bus will leave Batch at either 8:30pm or 10:00pm to make the ferries. There is also a later ferry but trust us, it's a sobering experience if you drag the chain and get there late ๐ Best bet is to book your infil and exfil now to avoid obstacles being that last minute anxiety person โค๏ธ
โ Can i refund tickets / shuttle tickets / Can I resell my ticket?
As we have no access to the ticket money til some time after the event for the security and peace of mind of all of our guests, we like many events don't offer refunds unless all tickets are refunded in the case of next level force majeur. Feel free to use this post to sell your tickets if your circumstances changed, we know life throws up unexpected scenarios so you're welcome to do so below. ๐๐ผ
