💜 What a Day💜

The very first Te Tauihu Accessibility Expo filled Trafalgar Venues with colour, connection, and community spirit.

✨ 42 stalls — from service providers and community groups to government agencies and individuals with lived experience

✨ Powerful talks from speakers living with disability, sharing stories of resilience and creativity

✨ Entertainment, interactive activities, and prize draws that brought joy to the whole event!

The turnout on the day exceeded expectation, which just goes to show just how strong the appetite is for events that celebrate accessibility and inclusion within our region.

A huge thank you to our stallholders, speakers, performers, volunteers, sponsors Nelson City Council and NZ Lottery Grants Board, and everyone who joined us — you made this day possible! 🙌

📸 Check out some photos from the day below thanks to Tim Cuff.
