Good morning everyone
While it's not something we have done before and we've tried to avoid it and keep costs down for our customers but with the cost of everything rising from March 1st onwards we will be charging a small delivery/set up fee these fees are below:
Napier $10 (Up to 10km from us)
Hastings $20 (Up to 20km from us)
Havelock $20 (Up to 20km from us)
Any further/rural will then be charged from the km

Hey everyone, hate to have to post these posts and it's not very often we have to as 99% of you are amazing! However when we set rules we set them for a reason! Sadly we hired out a castle over the Christmas new years period and had said no water to be used however water was used and while it made our job 10x harder to roll up the castle we went home and put the castle up cleaned and dried the castle and assumed all was fine until we put it up yesterday and the castle has mould on it 😪 the water leaked through the seams and obviously hadn't fully dried out inside the bottom of the castle. So please people when there a rules set in place please follow them cause you just ruin it for everyone else!
