So pretty down the front of our property 🌸 If you saw my earlier gardening reel, I gave up after it reached 25 degrees! ☀️ So the rest of the weeds get to live another day!

A wee Monday reminder to take some time this week to slow down and really notice the intricacies and beauty of nature 🌿

Nature has a way of taking us to a place of calm and immersing yourself in it and creating with it does wonders for your cortisol levels!

I find if I am feeling stressed just going for a walk in the garden, the bush, or around a neighbourhood with lovely gardens gets me out of my head.

Taking some time and immersing myself in hands on creating with it does even more!

Nature brings you back to the present moment where you are not worrying about what was said or done yesterday or what may happen tomorrow. ✨️

Wishing you all a beautiful week
