This is the house that the One Tree Hill College NZ students built.

A former state 1970's house was set to be demolished and sent to landfill, but instead was sold to One Tree Hill College NZ - for $1 - last year.

Over the past year it has been loving restored by the level 3 BCITO Trade Academy students - and now has a higher Homestar rating than most new builds.

Fast forward to today, it has just sold, with the money going back into the school to give more students more hands on expereince before they enter the workforce themselves.

And it was SuperLoo SuperFence's absolute pleasure to be one of the many community partners in this fantastic project! 🙌🏼
