Every flower farm begins with a single dream.

At the moment, there aren't rows of blooms stretching across Hazelwood Grove just yet. There are no armfuls of freshly cut flowers or buzzing bees weaving through the flowers.

What we have is a vision.

A vision of seasonal flowers growing in abundance.

Of wandering through rows of blooms, filling buckets with freshly picked flowers, and sharing their beauty with our community.

We imagine the flower farm becoming a place where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the joy that only flowers seem to bring.

One day, it might be where you gather a bouquet after a garden stroll.

Where a bride chooses flowers grown just metres from where she says "I do."

Where workshops are filled with the scent of freshly picked blooms.

Or where children discover the wonder of flowers for the very first time.

We're not there yet.

But every beautiful flower farm starts with someone willing to imagine what could be.

We'd love your thoughts!

As Hazelwood Grove continues to grow, we're exploring the idea of opening our gardens for photography sessions outside of weddings and events.

Imagine beautiful seasonal flowers, orchard blossom, open lawns, country charm and ever-changing garden spaces—all designed to create stunning backdrops for family sessions, maternity, engagements, branding and more.

Before we launch, we'd love to hear from the people who would use it most.

✨ What do you look for in a photography location? ✨ What would make you want to come back again and again? ✨ Would you be interested in casual bookings, or something like an annual photographer membership?

Our vision has always been for Hazelwood to be more than a wedding venue. We want it to be a place where people gather, celebrate life's milestones and create beautiful memories throughout the seasons.

Two things matter deeply to me in life — besides my child and my family — and that’s food and community. That’s why our Sunday Sessions mean so much to me. They’re a chance to share what we grow, what we create, and what we care about with the people around us… and maybe even spark a little inspiration in someone else along the way.

I have big hopes for Hazelwood. Not just as an event venue, but as a place that’s genuinely shared. Maybe that looks like a yoga class under the trees on a sunny morning, or a slow, grounding session in the orangery. Maybe it’s a workshop where I pass on the things I’ve learned, or the bouquet you take home for your mum that brightens her whole week.

Every time you show up, support, or simply believe in what we’re building, you’re helping a small business take root and thrive. Thank you — truly — for being part of Hazelwood’s story.

My plans for the flower farm are big and joyfully ambitious. I’m dreaming of eight full rows bursting with colour — from alstroemerias, zinnias, and statice to strawflowers, dahlias, and sunflowers. Each season, I’ve mapped out a list of blooms we’ll grow for our community to wander through and pick for themselves.
