For the first time, in my 15 year career of photographing this crazy little thing we call love, I was unable to photograph a wedding due to illness. I’m so incredibly lucky and grateful to have not only a dear friend in Jo Currie] , but she is someone who photographs with a very similar style and approach to me. We have always said we would have each other’s back should the need arise, and last weekend it did. It’s been a while… I know. I have been busy over winter working in my business, not on it, really. This page has been a bit neglected, as has my newsletter, and my verrry overdue website update. But life goes on. As do we. It’s all good. It’s all flowing. I’ve been busy. I’m sure you have been too. I’ll get posting again… maybe… haha. My mum recently fulfilled her lifelong dream of opening her own flower shop. But in her own style, and on her own terms. Her garage doors open when she feels like it, for as long as she wants, and with whatever she has foraged and found proudly on display. If you happen to catch her and les fleurs at the right hour of the day there could even be a pot of tea, or glass of fizz on the table….
