Without the time to sit down for lunch, busy people need a grab and go option that provides a wholesome alternative to a pie or fried food, and modern families do not have the time to spend all day cooking. They need a quick dinner made from real, wholesome ingredients. Our menu changes daily and is based around what is in season. We only serve free-range chicken, eggs and pork and grass-fed beef & lamb. Quality, Local, Ethical, Affordable. Let us nourish you.

What a journey!! From Hammer & Tongs Food Stop to HNT Kitchen, we’ve never stopped serving Hearty, Nutritious and Tasty (HNT) meals to our community 💚

We first set out to give hardworking tradies a better option - but pretty quickly realised our food was for everyone, especially busy people who care about their health.

So our mission grew: to help change the shape of the fast food industry… and the bellies of those in it 😉

Nine years on, we’ve made it through a pandemic, recessions, rising costs, and now a global fuel crisis - but our mission is still the same: getting real, nourishing food into our communities.

Because eating well is hard enough when life is busy, and even harder when you’re managing allergies or intolerances.

To everyone who has supported us over the best part of a decade: thank you. We are so unbelievably grateful.
