Chef Ali has worn many hats, Head Chef, Consultant, and Culinary Instructor. He has mastered a wide range of cuisines, worked in fast‑paced environments, and introduced fresh, creative ideas wherever he goes. Most importantly, he brings a deep love for food and a strong commitment to quality.

We’re honoured to have him join the Art of Cooking family, and we can’t wait for you to taste the flavours and creativity he brings to our table.
