Caliente Catering: De specialist in de Latijns-Amerikaanse keuken. Met trots stellen wij van Caliente Catering onze Foodtruck voor.

Wij verkopen Latijns-Amerikaanse gerechten vanuit onze Old-timer Mercedes Foodtruck. Met de jarenlange werkervaring die is opgedaan in de Latijns-Amerikaanse landen zelf, proef je de passie en kennis die in onze bereidingen zit. Wij maken volledig authentieke gerechten en werken uitsluitend met hoogwaardige producten. Deze lekkernijen worden op de barbecue bereid en ter plaatse vers geserveerd van

uit de truck. Wij hebben bij de Foodtruck ook de mogelijkheid er een geheel eigen Sound System bij te plaatsen. Daar draaien wij uiteraard de warme en zwoele muziek uit de diverse Latijns-Amerikaanse regio's om de ‘Caliente’ ervaring compleet te maken! Denk aan Merengue, Salsa & Porro's maar ook de Gaita en Cumbia uit de diverse regio's van Latijns-Amerika.

For us, after more than 10 years sharing its flavors, it is an honor to pay tribute to a culture so rich in tradition, colors, and gastronomy.

On Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 takes over: mariachis, lotería, dancing, fiesta, and our food truck packed with flavor.

It doesn’t matter if you’re Mexican or not this is a culture to share, to celebrate, and to enjoy together.

Tacos al pastor, birria with cheese, mushroom tacos, the special 𝐓𝐋𝐗 𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐨, Mexican ceviche, elotes, and agua de jamaica.
