We’re looking for someone to grow our listings by calling and onboarding vendors: registration + adding offers.
✨ What success looks like
✅ Minimum: vendor registers + adds 1 offer
🚀 Great: vendor registers + adds 3 offers
You’ll call leads from our database (no sourcing needed), follow a script, and do follow-ups (WhatsApp/email) until the vendor publishes offers.
👰 Who you’ll contact
📸 Wedding services (photo/video, MUA, hair, DJ, venues, catering, florists, etc.)
👗 Products & rentals (dresses, decor, accessories, rental providers)
⭐ (later) premium/special services — separate list
📌 Responsibilities
📞 Outbound calls (PL/EN; Dutch is a plus)
🤝 Help vendors complete registration and add offers (sometimes on a short call)
💬 Follow-ups via WhatsApp/email
📊 Update statuses in Excel (mini-CRM)
📝 Daily quick update + weekly report
⏱️ (optional) handle “Book a 15-min Zoom call” requests — to be agreed
💼 Terms
🏠 Remote work
⏳ 20–30 hours/week (flexible)
