If you love EASY, SOFT, CREAMY, and absolutely DELICIOUS cakes, then you’re about to fall in love with this Ice Cream Loaf Cake! The best part?
👉 You only need 2–3 main ingredients!
Yes, you read that right! 💃🕺

💥 INGREDIENTS

2 cups of your favourite ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry 😍)

1½ cups self-raising flour

Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, sprinkles, crushed Oreos, nuts

💥 HOW TO MAKE IT
1️⃣ Scoop your ice cream into a bowl and let it melt slightly.
2️⃣ Add your self-raising flour and mix until smooth.
3️⃣ Fold in any add-ins you like (this is where the magic happens ✨).
4️⃣ Pour into a greased loaf pan.
5️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6️⃣ Allow it to cool… slice… serve… and enjoy that soft, creamy goodness! 🤤

2 chicken breasts (thinly sliced) 🍗

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tsp garlic (minced)

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp black pepper

½ tsp curry powder

Salt to taste

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Shawarma bread (pita or tortilla)

Cabbage, carrot, cucumber (shredded 🥬🥕🥒)

Ketchup & mayonnaise (mix them for that signature shawarma sauce)

🔥 Let’s Make Magic:
1️⃣ Marinate your chicken with the yogurt, spices, and oil. Let it sit for at least 30 mins (the longer, the tastier!).
2️⃣ Fry or grill until golden and tender. 🤤

Let’s roll into something deliciously crunchy today. Homemade Spring Rolls! 🥰

These golden beauties are perfect for any occasion, crispy outside, juicy inside, and bursting with flavor. Want to know how to make yours taste just like the ones from your favorite restaurant? 👩🏽‍🍳✨

👇🏽 Here’s the magic recipe! 👇🏽

🥬 Ingredients:

Spring roll wrappers (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup finely shredded cabbage

1 cup grated carrots

½ cup chopped green beans

½ cup sliced bell peppers

1 tsp garlic (minced)

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Salt & seasoning to taste

Flour paste (for sealing edges)

Oil (for deep frying)

🔥 Directions:
1️⃣ Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, sauté garlic till fragrant.
2️⃣ Add your veggies and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes (keep them crunchy, not soggy! 😉).

That’s exactly what Nigerian Coconut Bread is all about. 😍 Freshly baked, soft on the inside, golden on the outside, and bursting with that irresistible coconut flavor… trust me, one slice is never enough!

The best part? You don’t need to be a professional baker to make it. With just a few simple ingredients, you can have your kitchen smelling like a bakery and your family asking for more. 🙌🏽

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup freshly grated coconut (or desiccated coconut)

½ cup sugar

2 tsp dry yeast

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp butter (softened)

1 cup warm milk (or water + milk mix)

1 egg (optional, for richness)

½ tsp nutmeg (optional, for flavor)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 8–10 minutes until frothy.
