The 30k chicken I was begging my neighbor to sell to me for 25k during Christmas, she has now come to beg me to take it for 15k

I put my toothpick in my mouth and told her I have 8k last.

After all, December madness* has finished and everybody has returned to factory setting.

" Neighbour oya take it for 10k na" she begged

"Na 8k remain for me account. Make I transfer? " I said nonchalantly

"Oya na" she replied looking defeated.

"You go sell two? Make I send 16k at once" i said giving her a bombastic side eye as I opened my bank app

" Chai neighbour you wiked o" she exclaimed.

I Agree.
After all she started the wickedness by denying me Christmas chicken with her outrageous price.

Las las all I can add ontop the 8k is 200 naira.
Let her use that one for pos charge

CHILDREN OF TODAY DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT IN OUR DAYS YOU COULD BE BEATEN FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

1. Eating too slowly.
2. Eating too quickly.
3. Eating too much
4. Not finishing food.
5. Eating and talking.
6. Finishing your food and scrapping your plate.
7. Refusing to eat.
8. Eating food prepared for visitors.
9. Looking at visitors while they are eating.
10. Crying while being beaten.
11. Not crying after being beaten.
12. Crying without being beaten .
13. Eating at neighbors house.
14.Fighting in the school even when we were not the one that initiated the fight.
15.Not greeting our elder.
16.Not running when sent on errand.
17.Spending our money without permission.
18. Eating meat before or during the meal. Meat must be eaten after meal.
19. Talking when an elder is talking even when they are telling lies against us.
20. Waking up late from sleepp.
21.Add your own.

Lesson: We had more discipline that helped shape our lives and destinies back in the days.

Let them enjoy, it's they turn.
