Here are few tips to help you manage your weight

1. Do not skip Breakfast, If you do, you'll get very hungry and end up snacking on junck all day.

2. Eat regular meals, It will prevent you from getting hungry or wanting to snack on unhealthy food.

3. Eat more fruits and vegetables

4. Get involved in daily body Exercise

5. Drink lots of water

6. Eat Foods high in Fibre like oat, beans, lentils etc

7. Eat with smaller plates or bowls. It will help you get used to eating smaller portions and be satisfied.

8. Avoid junk foods like pies, cookies, crips and chocolate, sweets and candies, fizzy drinks and sugar added juice

9. Plan your meal, don't wait till you are hungry before you start thinking of what to eat.

10. Cut down on alcohol. Drinking too much can contribute to weight gain.
