Almost as bad as trekking halfway to reduce transport fare and end up paying the same amount
Planning events can be so challenging sometimes, as an event planner I've seen event go from concept to disaster
So why not plan ahead to avoid hungry guests and unexpected wahala at your event, here are some pro tips:
Firstly, Get an accurate headcount – Including guests, vendors and staffs.
Secondly, Plan for surprises – Work with your caterer to prepare extra food. It’s better to have leftovers than shortages.
Thirdly, Appoint a food coordinator – Have someone on-site to monitor food quantities and handle any last-minute issues.
And lastly, Make use of invitations or access cards to control quests at your event.
Great events leave lasting memories, don't let Shortage of food be your event mistake.
