The word"I'm not interested" isn't enough for you to retreat❌
Why right??

I got a Snacks order today just because I didn't allow "I'm not interested" make me withdraw. How did I do it..

I noticed when a customer tell you this, they're not totally telling you to let go💁🏽‍♀️ They're actually telling you " you haven't either convince them enough or get what they were really hoping for"

So this what I did: when the customer said the word all I do is " I stepped out of my own pitch and look into their perspective, if it's what can be achieved"

Doing so, you're letting them know I'm not here to convince but rather understand you✅

Instead of retreating rather listen for underlying concerns, focus on understanding them or shift your approach.
And this can turn rejection into opportunities💪

Let me be real with you.

One of the biggest fears people have before paying for a product or service are;
“What if I pay, and at the end, I got scammed, or i didn't get value for my money?

And honestly, I don’t blame them.
Because it has happened to many people. Even me I was once scammed😏

You pay, some don't deliver, they deliver but it's not what you were expecting, and at the end you’re still struggling to get the kind of product/service you saw on their flyer.

That’s exactly why I make sure Rockee's Cakes'n'More is different.

Be transparent about your products/services, provide clear descriptions, and ensure timely delivery. Consider offering guarantees or compensation to alleviate customer concerns.
