There was a time I thought growth would feel exciting, like(irin)success rolling in smoothly after all the effort. But that’s not how it happened.

When I started reaching for something bigger, fear Begins to show face (everything familiar started calling me back).the easy jobs, the comfortable routines, people who don't see the need for expansion (growth) to my next level in life.
When they saw my pushing through life(live) They all came with soft voices saying, “don't you think you're too fast, You are fine where you are.”
Give it time bro

At first, I listened. I slowed down, took jobs that didn’t challenge me, and stayed quiet just to keep others comfortable. I felt safe… but not alive. Deep down, I knew I was made for more not just to make money, but to make meaning.

The truth is, every new level comes with its own test. When you start growing, your old life won’t clap for you — it’ll question you. Your confidence will shake, some people will fade away, and you’ll wonder if it’s worth it.

But if you hold your ground long enough, the noise fades. The old version of you will starts to lose its power. And one day, you’ll look back and realize every distraction was just proof that you were getting closer to something real.

So when the old life calls you again, don’t rush to pick up.
You’ve already lived that story.
Now it’s time to write the next chapter.

There was a days I look at my tools, the fabrics, dance area, backdrops, walkways, table setups, and flower installations and I ask myself.
Am I really good at this?
Do people truly see the beauty I’m trying to create?

Doubt doesn’t always come loud. Sometimes it walks in quietly and makes you feel like giving up.

But right when I start to lose faith, a voice inside whispers,
“Remember why you started.”

Then everything shifts.
I remember the early days when I had little experience but so much passion.
When I worked with simple setups but dreamed of creating something grand.
That same fire still burns. It only hides behind stress and long days.

So I rise again.
I plan another setup.
I design something new.
I meet clients who trust me to bring their vision to life.

And every time, I realize passion doesn’t just decorate events; it decorates lives.

Maybe that whisper isn’t just my imagination.
Maybe it’s a reminder that I can build something beautiful.
That I can reach more hearts and create something lasting if I just keep going.

Because every great dreamer once doubted themselves.
But passion turns “Can I?” into “I will.”

Today, I look at how far I’ve come, and I’m proud.
Proud of the growth. Proud of the lessons.
Proud of the magic I create with my hands and heart.

When I started learning event decoration, my focus was just on making money.
I never knew I would grow to love this craft beyond the funds it brought me.

Slowly, the beauty I created and the joy I felt when people appreciated my work makes me fall in love with the art itself. It became my daily prayer to do better.

Now, whenever I meet a client to discuss their event, I put personal interests aside and i focus on expressing how deeply I can bring their vision to life.

At this point in my life, I’ve chosen to chase passion over money because I know, soon enough, passion will pay more.

Once upon a time, I was just someone who loved the idea of creating beauty out of empty spaces. I didn’t have all the tools, the trucks, or the fancy lights
I only had a small dream, a few hands, and a stubborn heart that refused to give up.

There were days I doubted if people would ever trust my taste. Nights when setups failed, colors clashed, or rain washed away hours of work. But I kept showing up, learning, adjusting, and trusting the vision that only I could see.

Now, when I walk into an event space and watch it transform under my touch, I smile. Not because it’s perfect, but because I remember when it wasn’t even possible. Growth isn’t loud it’s built one ribbon, one chair, one brave day at a time.

Who could’ve thought I’d become this good… this useful… this proud of what I do?

all the business owner oya let me teach something that has helped me

When money comes in from clients, it’s tempting to see it all as yours. But really, it’s the business’s income first. You just happen to work for that business.

Here’s a grounded way to handle it:

1. Divide every payment immediately.
A simple formula could look like:

50–60% → business expenses (materials, transport, staff, vendors)

20–30% → your personal pay

10–20% → savings, reinvestment, or tax buffer

You can tweak those numbers depending on how your costs run.

2. Pay yourself on a schedule, not emotion.
Even if cash comes in irregularly, pick a day (say, the first of every month) to transfer your “salary” from the business account to your personal one. That keeps you consistent and avoids draining your business too early.

3. Keep a “profit cushion.”
Don’t touch everything you earn. Keep some profit sitting in the business to handle slow months or unexpected costs. That’s how small businesses stay stable.

4. Track what’s yours.
Use a simple record like a spreadsheet to write each client payment, what portion went to you, and what stayed in the business. It builds clarity and helps with growth later.

If you can make this steps your guard line, you business will survive the taste of time and it will continue growing.

The sun was shining bright, almost mocking the rush ahead. My team and I had an event to set up by 4pm, but the car meant to carry our materials was nowhere in sight. Every minute felt like a test of patience and focus.

Instead of panicking, we gathered under the shade, planned our layout again, grouped each item in order of setup, and wrote out the content shots we’d take once everything was ready. By the time the car finally arrived, we moved like a well-rehearsed team no confusion, no wasted motion.

Three hours later, the venue was glowing, the cameras rolled, and what started as delay turned into proof that calm minds can still make magic under pressure.

Have you ever had a moment when delay almost ruined your plan but ended up building your strengt?

Our team works with precision and timing we set up early, handle vendors right, managing materials, and ensuring the event runs seamlessly. Even after the last guest leaves, we stay accountable. Everything is cleared, returned, and wrapped up neatly.

We know trust isn’t built by words but by consistency. That’s why every client, every booking, and every decoration gets our full attention.

With us, you’re not hiring just decorators you’re partnering with people who treat your event like their own celebration.

“I don’t just style spaces — I create moments.”
“Sometimes I pause and just whisper, we did it.”

PLANNING DOESN’T END ON THE EVENT DATE

Many people think once the event is done, planning is over. But as an event stylist, that’s where another kind of planning begins (post-event coordination).

If you rented chairs, lights, drapes, or sound systems from different vendors, you need a return plan just as solid as your setup plan.
One small delay in returning materials can cause extra charges or affect your relationship with vendors.

A smart way to manage this is to use one transport system to return everything at once. It saves fuel, time, and stress and it keeps your work organized and professional.

Remember, good event planning is not just about the event day. It’s about how smoothly everything wraps up after.
