If your event venue is upstairs or the rental items need to be carried up multiple floors, an extra handling fee applies.

It’s not just the distanceβ€”it’s the extra manpower, time and effort required to get everything upstairs safely.

So please, tell us about your venue and access when booking. Let’s plan properly and avoid surprises. πŸ’™πŸ’›

Do you know that not every venue allows pe***ng for peg-and-pole tents?

Many paved or interlocked floors (hotels, event centres, parking lots) strictly prohibit driving pegs into the ground.

Always ask the venue this important question *before* booking your tent.

If pe***ng isn’t allowed, we’ve got perfect alternatives ready: elegant Pagoda tents or Marquee tents that need no pe***ng at all.

Plan smart. Avoid last-minute stress.
