Policies: •Subscription Duration
Plans run on a 4-week rotation with fixed weekly menus.
Customers may subscribe for 1 week (one time pickup), 2 weeks, or a full month in advance.
•Menu & Rotation
Breakfast and dinner menus follow a set plan; soup and protein choices rotate weekly.
Swallow options are listed in parentheses, customers may choose one per day.
Protein choices are fixed as stated in the menu.
•Delivery & Pickup
Meals are pickup-only unless delivery is arranged (delivery charges apply).
•Pickup time:* _Breakfast – 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM | Dinner – 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
•Missed Meals
Missed pickups will not be refunded or carried over, except in cases where Ido’s Kitchen is unable to prepare or provide the meal.
•Orders & Changes
Orders must be confirmed and paid at least 72 hours before the subscription start date.
Menu swaps are only allowed for allergies or dietary restrictions and must be communicated before payment.
