Sometimes, you don’t plan to be part of an event… but somehow, you end up being the person who makes it come together. 😂❤️
This bridal shower was originally planned as an outdoor event, so there was no plan for decorations or any major setup. Everyone was simply contributing one or two things to celebrate their friend.
Then the rain came. 🌧️
Plans changed, the bride had to be invited to my friend’s house under another excuse so she wouldn’t suspect anything, and suddenly, the whole setup had to happen indoors.
A few hours before the event, my friend called me:
“Please, can you come and help us set up?”
Of course, I came. ❤️
What started as “just help with a little balloon work” quickly became balloon setup, arranging the space, getting the room event-ready… AND helping with the cake because the cake that was meant to be ready still needed to be frosted and decorated. 😅
So, I put on my work mode and got to it! 🎂🎈
No prior booking.
No advance preparation.
No planned decoration.
Just a last-minute call and a room that needed to transform.
And that’s one thing I love about what I do — I know how to make things work, even when the plan changes.
From cakes to event styling and setup, sometimes it’s not about how perfectly the day starts… it’s about having someone who can step in and make sure it ends beautifully. ✨
And yes, we pulled it off! 🥂💐🎂
