Facts to consider when choosing an Event Hall part 2

Ambiance: Most people aren't aware of this crucial part when choosing a venue. Consider the overall feel of the hall. Is it elegant or rustic? Modern or traditional? Choose a hall that matches the tone of your event. I had a client that was really interested in a traditional hall especially the outside view.
Parking: Make sure to choose a venue that will accommodate your guests cars. There should be enough parking slots for your guests. If there's not, you may need to arrange for valet parking or shuttle service. This is to avoid car theft and most importantly, when your guests' properties (cars) are safe they're more relaxed to stay and enjoy your event.
Budget: Don't settle for the first hall space you see. Watch out for minimum spending requirements, especially if the venue offers in-house catering. Don't forget to ask about the hall package like renting furniture (if chairs and tables aren't included, sound equipment)

Hiring a seasoned event planner can be a lifesaver. They've likely seen (and negotiated!) all sorts of venue deals. They can use their experience to find halls that offer great value – a space that fits your budget but also comes with the services and features you need to make your event a smash.
