Our Nigerian soups class took us across different regions, exploring different flavors from different tribes .
From Ofe Owerri to Okro and Afang soup,
understanding what makes each soup unique was key.

Today marked the beginning of our Food Costing module, with a focus on Event Catering Operations.
Students were trained on:
• Cost per head estimation
• Bulk purchasing calculations
• Yield percentage
• Overhead allocation
• Event risk buffer costing
• Profit margin structuring

Professional catering requires precision not assumptions.
We are here to build chefs who understand both flavor and finance.
