So I had planned to make Afang soup today being a sallah holiday forgetting that the Maiduguri Monday market where I would have gotten waterleaf for the soup is locked due to the celebrations, then I decided to check the waterleaf in my home garden to see if it would be enough loo and behold I got more than enough.
