In the heart of Nigeria, where Afrobeat pulses through the streets, the Nigeria Breaking Community and Association was born. We are a group of passionate breakers united by our love for Breakin' culture.
As we delved deeper into the world of Breakin', we realized that the culture was more than just dance – it was a way of life. We saw how Breakin' had empowered Nigerian youth, giving them a voice and a platform for self-expression.
Determined to stay true to the culture, we made a conscious decision to keep our events and activities authentic and community-driven. We organize yearly Breakin' sessions, which bring together dancers from various communities, fostering unity, creativity, and healthy competition. These events embody the inclusive spirit of Breakin' culture, empowering Nigerian youth and promoting community empowerment.
Our events are always free and open to the public, reflecting the inclusive spirit of Breakin'. We also partner with local institutions, supporting the growth of our community.
As the Nigeria Breaking Community and Association grew, we remained committed to preserving the integrity of Breakin' culture in Nigeria. We rejected commercial sponsorships that would compromise our values and instead focused on building partnerships with organizations that shared our vision.
