• 2 cups plain / all purpose flour
• 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 tsp cooking salt
• 4 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups caster
• 115g / 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup milk , full fat
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 tsp vegetable oil

Note: add vanilla flavor and oil to your warm milk and butter.
