NNAMDI KANU SENTENCED TO LIFE IMPRISONMENT.
WHAT NEXT FOR NNAMDI KANU?
CAN WE SAY, THIS IS THE END FOR NNAMDI KANU OR THERE IS STILL HOPE FOR NNAMDI KANU
Well, It is not NEWS again that. NNAMDI KANU was sentenced to life imprisonment yesterday after a very long court session
The court convicts Nnamdi Kanu on all seven count charges laid against him and they go as follows;
PRISON SENTENCES:
- Life imprisonment on Counts 1, 4, 5, and 6.
- 20 years imprisonment on Count 3 (no option of fine).
- 5 years imprisonment on Count 7 (no option of fine).
All sentences are to run concurrently.
SPECIAL CUSTODY CONDITIONS (due to what the judge described as Kanu’s violent tendencies and atrocities):
- Kanu is NOT to be kept at Kuje Correctional Centre.
- He is to be held in protective custody (specific facility not named in the excerpt, but under strict security).
- He is completely barred from possessing or accessing any digital device (phone, laptop, tablet, etc.).
- Any future access to a digital device is allowed only with the express approval and direct supervision of the National Security Adviser (NSA).
FORFEITURE ORDER:
- All transmitters and broadcasting equipment belonging to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) or used by Radio Biafra are permanently forfeited to the Federal Government of Nigeria.
These are the sentences of Nnamdi Kanu.

Justice James Omotosho is a judge in that case and he doesn't have the responsibility to engage NNAMDI KANU in any argumentative discussion trying to win a case and he doesn't have the responsibility to show him the law under which he is acting on.
It is the responsibility of your lawyer or Nnamdi Kanu himself, to engage the judge constructively and try to raise awareness about the law in support or against what the judge is trying to do.
You can only hear under which law the court is sentencing you from the judge, on your judgement day if you engage the judge constructively during trial.

But, THERE IS STILL HOPE FOR NNAMDI KANU
1. he can appeal the judgement and may get favourable judgements from the appeal court or he can still take up the this matter up to the supreme court
2. At this Point that Nnamdi kanu is sentenced officially for the First time.
PRESIDENT TINUBU can now step in Officially and Grant him President Pardon.
If the Igbo P0litical leaders really want Nnamdi Kanu to come out.
They know what to do at this point.
THE SAD REALITY IS THIS
as a we speak, Nnamdi Kanu Life imprisonment is counting already
He is now in prison officially
They will take his bio data in Prison officially today
The tailor will take his measurements today
Within seven days, His Blue uniform with his code wrriten on it, will be ready and Nnamdi Kanu will have no other option than to put on the Blue Uniform
