Milky Cookies Recipe

Milky cookies are crafted from the most basic ingredients, making this a must-bake recipe for any enthusiast.

Ingredients:
- 275g of plain flour
- 2 tablespoons of corn flour
- 150g of unsalted butter (softened)
- 200g of icing sugar/caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon of milk flavor extract.

Procedure
1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Knead the dough until it reaches the desired consistency.
3. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to rest.
4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and knead gently on a smooth work surface until smooth and pliable.
5. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness, cut into desired shapes, and transfer each cookie to a greased or lined baking tray, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 150°C until the cookies are firm to the touch and light golden brown. Allow them to cool on the tray for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
