ROCK BUNS
Ingredients
Flour — 250g
Margarine — 75g ( you can increase it to 100g)
Sugar — 75 g
Flavour — vanilla 1/4 tsp ( i.e cutter tsp)
Salt — 1/4 tsp
Egg — 3
Dried fruit ( mix fruit — 50g , cherry — 50g)
Milk — 125g ( A sachet of milk to be dissolved in 1/4 cup of water.

PROCEDURE
1. Sieve the flour and add margarine, Rub it in with the tip of your finger. Then add sugar and mix
2. Add egg and mix
3. Start adding the milk and mix.
4.Add half of cherry and mix fruit. Add flavour and mix.
5. Take a little of the dough and mold it in a rocky shape, continue with it until all the dough is finished
6. Bake in an oven. Bring it out when it golden brown

How to make Brown Sugar
Ingredients
White Sugar- 1cup
Molasses or black treacle- 1tbsp

Procedure
1. In a medium size bowl, mix together the sugar and molasses
2. When the sugar mixture comes out super gunky, keep mixing; it will even itself out. Work it till completely incorporated
3. For darker brown sugar, add another tablespoon of molasses.
4 use as desired in your recipe
5 store in an airtight container
