Part 3
What comes to play?
If it includes some specific functions then we see them as individual components. Components that in the long run create something worthwhile.
People/ team work:
Like in every other field, people are very vital to the success of managing an event. From the very first decision, the brainstorming and the actual reality of the event, people are required to bring the idea to life.
Often times, it requires more than one person, so it births to the use of teams. These teams, no matter how minute their role may seem, in the end contribute to the success of the event.
Process:
This phase is often the most tasking of all. It generally entails all what designing and producing an event is. Be it a wedding, fashion show, sport event or a conference.
You would have to answer or complete a few tasks here:
Understand the aim: define the purpose of the event and the experience you want to deliver to the people.
Set deadlines: establish timelines for the various goals and milestones
Venue selection: Research, budget and negotiate! Do these to deliver the venue that will enhance the experience you want. P.S: Not every location would work for every event.
