1. Red Velvet Cherry Parfait
Ingredients
Red velvet cake (baked and cooled)
Whipped cream or cream cheese frosting
Cherry pie filling or strawberry topping
Assembly
Layer crumbled red velvet cake, then whipped cream, followed by cherry topping. Repeat the layers until the cup is full. Finish with extra cherries on top.

2. Chocolate Malt Parfait
Ingredients
Chocolate cake or brownies (crumbled)
Chocolate whipped cream or chocolate mousse
Malted milk balls (e.g. Maltesers), mini choco chips
Assembly
Layer chocolate cake, chocolate whipped cream, and crushed malted milk balls. Repeat layers and finish with whole malt balls and choco chips on top.

3. Peanut Butter Crunch Parfait
Ingredients
Vanilla or peanut butter cake
Whipped cream or peanut butter frosting
Crushed cookies or peanut brittle
Mini peanut butter cups (optional)
Assembly
Layer cake, frosting, and crushed peanut brittle or cookies. Repeat and top with peanut butter cups or extra crunch.

✳️ Tips
Use piping bags for neat cream layers.
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

No more waiting for night suya spots — you can create that same delicious aroma and taste in your own kitchen 😋🍢.

Here’s what you need:
1️⃣ 3 cups roasted peanuts / kulikuli
2️⃣ 4 tbsp smoked paprika
3️⃣ 3 tbsp dried ginger
4️⃣ 3 tbsp dried garlic
5️⃣ 1 cup cayenne pepper 🌶️
6️⃣ 2 tbsp garlic powder
7️⃣ 3 tbsp onion powder
8️⃣ 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
9️⃣ 3 calabash nutmeg
🔟 2 small stock cubes (4g)
1️⃣1️⃣ ½ tsp salt
