1: Cake Sticks to the Pan – Solutions (Elaborated)
Grease the Pan Properly
Always apply butter, margarine, or oil evenly to the inside of the cake pan before pouring in the batter. Make sure every corner and edge is covered so the cake can release easily after baking.
2: Use Parchment Paper
Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper after greasing. This creates an extra layer of protection and makes it much easier to remove the cake without breaking it.
3: Allow Slight Cooling Before Removing
Do not remove the cake immediately after taking it out of the oven. Let it cool for about 10–15 minutes so it can firm up slightly and release more easily from the pan.
4: Do Not Leave Cake Too Long in the Pan
