I made these soft, fluffy Tea Cakes right in my toast maker! 🤯❤️

Melted butter, sugar, egg, milk, flour, baking powder, powdered milk and a little vanilla — simple ingredients, but look at this beautiful result! 😋

Golden on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and absolutely perfect with a cup of tea. ☕🍰

Let’s Make a Creamy Cucumber Chicken Salad! 🥗

Looking for something fresh, crunchy, creamy and filling? 😋 Try this easy cucumber salad!

Ingredients:
🥒 Fresh cucumber
🧅 Red onion
🍗 Shredded cooked chicken
🥣 Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
🍋 A little lemon juice
🧂 Salt
🌶️ Black pepper
🌿 Fresh parsley

How to make it:
Slice your cucumber and red onion into thin pieces. Add the shredded chicken, then mix in your creamy dressing, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well coated, garnish with parsley, and serve chilled. 😍
