INGREDIENTS : • 4 cloves Garlic, minced • 1 medium Onion, chopped • 2 tablespoons oil • 1 portion chicken breast • 1 cup chicken broth • 1 cauliflower or broccoli * 3 baby 🌽 corns • 3 carrots, cut in pieces ( i do more ) • 1/2 Cabbage 🍈 cut in 1/4 inch thick • 1 each Green and Red Bell Pepper, cut in strips • 2 stems of celery, cut in strips *10 boiled eggs use • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce seasonings • 2 cup Shrimps, shelled • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch in half cup water • 1 teaspoon Salt • One-fourth teaspoon Pepper. Procedure: 1. In a frying pan or wok sauté the garlic and onion in the vegetable oil. Add cooked chicken strips and cook for 2 minutes. 2. Add cauliflower, carrots, celery together with the fish sauce and sauté for 3 minutes. 3. Add chicken broth and put the cover on and simmer for 10-12 minutes. 4. Stir in the shrimps 🍤🍤🍤 5. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch and water according to your preferred consistency. 6. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Add green and red bell pepper.
